| Maxwells - soon to offers tattooing options |
JUST when you thought North East Lincolnshire might have enough tattoo parlours, along comes another.
North East Lincolnshire Council has been given the planning green light for part change of use of the premises on the ground floor of 30 Wellowgate Grimsby from a hairdressers' salon - Maxwells Hair Design - into a tattoo parlour.
The successful applicant is Cleethorpes man Mr Richard Cawkwell.
