HAIR stylist Jessica Hardy will have to wait until the New Year before knowing whether she can continue to use the garage at her home as a salon.
The change of use went ahead at 164 St Nicholas Drive in Grimsby without the benefit of planning consent from North East Lincolnshire Council.
But Jessica has now submitted a retrospective application which she hopes will be determined kindly by planners.
There are not thought to be any parking issues, and she says visits from clients are likely to be infrequent - perhaps no more than six a week.
