WORK is well underway on the new housing development on a site in Scartho adjacent to Grimsby's Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital.
Appropriately enough, two of the new streets will be named after the sons of Prince Charles and the late Princess.
Once the development is complete, will either William or Harry come to Grimsby to cut the ribbon? That remains to be seen.
In the meantime, Grimsby MP Lia Nici has given her blessing to the scheme which, she says, fit in well with other Scartho architecture.
She is pictured here (third left) with representatives of those involved with the project which has involved developers E5, Grimsby-based Jembuild and Hodson Architects of Cleethorpes.
