OH, THE JOYS OF BEING A STUDENT! PLANNING GO-AHEAD FOR FRANKLIN COLLEGE MAKEOVER

 

A handsome revamp is on the cards for Grimsby's Franklin College. North East Lincolnshire Council planners have approved a comprehensive makeover which includes erection of a two-storey classroom block to the front, a first-floor library, an extension to the 'social learning' space and a new link corridor.
