A FORMER Grimsby pub could be converted to a tattoo and body-piercing parlour.
Operators of the successful Liberty Bell parlour are seeking to expand from their premises in Haven Mill, off Garth Lane, to the Tap & Spile which is within the same building.
North East Lincolnshire Council planners are assessing the proposal which will require listed building consent as well as planning permission if it is to proceed.
