Judging by these scenes, it will be a while before action can resume at the Thorpe Park golf course in Humberston. As in other parts of North East Lincolnshire, including farmland and public parks, a whole month's worth of rainfall has fallen in just the first three days of January 2024. However, the forecast is for a sustained period of drier (but colder) weather in the coming days.
