THE sex shop licence for a premises in Cleethorpes is expected to be renewed at a meeting later today.
Occasional inspections have been carried out at the Private Shop, at 189 Grimsby Road, by North East Lincolnshire Council officers who have found no breaches of existing licensing conditions.
No objections have been lodged by the public to the business which is part of a chain operated by a firm based in Brentwood, Essex.
NELC's licensing and community protection committee, chaired by Cllr David Hasthorpe, will discuss the renewal application at a virtual meeting starting at 5pm today.
Other members of the committee are: J Cairns, B Callison, K Swinburn, S Harness, D Woodward, D Rodwell, M Green, R James and I Barfield.
