PORTS GROUP POSTS NOSTALGIC SHOTS OF ROYAL COUPLE'S 1958 VISIT TO GRIMSBY AREA

 

Can anyone remember 1958? That was the year when a visit to our area by the Queen and Prince Philip  included a stop-off at the ports (then known as docks) of Grimsby and Immingham. On another visit to Grimsby in the same year, the Queen went walkabout of  the fish market. These photographs from the archives  have this weekend been posted by ABP Humber on its Twitter account.
