COLOUR AND MOVEMENT - SARAH'S DELIGHTFUL DESIGN FOR CLEETHORPES LIBRARY WINDOW

It's all happening in Sarah's portfolio window design

One of the window panels at Cleethorpes Library has been attractively transformed by artist Sarah Palmer.

Depicted are the Ferris Wheel, the Mouse and Moon illumination, the Boy with the Leaking Boot, the Pier, a few overhead gulls and the Library itself, all pictured behind a Paddle Boarder enjoying the sunset.

Says Caroline Moorby, arts development officer at Lincs Inspire, which runs the library: "The redesign was a great opportunity to be creative and celebrate everything we love about Cleethorpes.

"Sarah’s sketches are colourful and distinctive - they make us pause to appreciate the beauty we have on our doorstep."

The library - it looks like another of the windows is due for a replacement
