ALL ABOARD? GERMANS POISED TO SWOOP FOR COMPANY THAT RUNS GRIMSBY-AREA BUSES

Set for new owners? a Stagecoach bus outside Grimsby Institute

THE bus company that runs services in North East Lincolnshire and beyond could soon be German-owned.

It is understood that a Frankfurt-based company, DWS Infrastructure,  is poised to buy Perth-based Stagecoach for a reported £595-million

If it goes ahead, it will scupper an earlier plan for Stagecoach to merge with another UK transportation company, National Express.
