WALTHAM Parish Council will re-open its cemetery following the latest advice from the ICCM (Institute of Cemetery and Crematorium Management).
The parish council followed initial government guidance to close the cemetery, but The Ministry of Justice has now confirmed that cemeteries in England can remain open unless a crematorium is situated within a cemetery.
However, it states: "Please observe social distancing rules and stay at home as much as possible in order to reduce the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19)."
