STRANGE-LOOKING CORMORANT IN CLEETHORPES

All cormorants look somewhat bizarre, but, with its curious crest,  perhaps this one more bizarre than most. It was spotted drying its wings this morning aloft a pylon  in Cleethorpes Country Park
