TWO billboards welcoming visitors to Cleethorpes are to be replaced. The signs are located in Dolphin Gardens, off Sea Road, and on Kings Road. Because they have been deemed tired and outdated, the images celebrating the resort's success in floral competitions (above) are to be replaced (below) with views of the pier which are felt to be slicker and more contemporary.
