Proposed new bar on Cleethorpes Promenade will have panoramic views over estuary and coast

The impressive 'observatory' extension above Jades ice cream parlour on Central Promenade, Cleethorpes is now all but complete, preparing the way for it to become a bar early in the New Year. Jade Proctor has submitted an application to a North East Lincolnshire Council for a new premises licence which would permit alcoholic drinks to be served between 10am until midnight seven days a week. Assuming there are no overriding objections, the application - which also provides for music, both live and recorded - is likely to be approved later next month.
