MUSIC FROM THE SIXTIES RINGS OUT AS CLEETHORPES HOSTS BUMPER SCOOTER RALLY

 

Cleethorpes has this weekend been echoing to the music of The Who, The Kinks, The Small Faces and other pop groups of the 'sixties as the town put out a red carpet for a motor scooter rally that has attracted hundreds of visitors from all parts of the country - and probably a fair few from beyond. Many of the pubs, chippies and other food outlets have enjoyed sensational trading. Pictured are scenes early this evening from in and around the Market Place and High Street.
