A DOMESTIC garage on a Grimsby residential street could be converted to a dog-grooming parlour if North East Lincolnshire Council gives the planning go-ahead.
An application for change of use has been submitted for 25 Brookfield Road by Lorna Farrington.
The name of her business? The Furry Kind Grooming Salon.
