| The blue wheelie bin - you can't easily miss it! |
A NORTH East Lincolnshire councillors has taken umbrage at the coloration of the new wheelie bins currently being distributed across the borough.
Cllr Bill Parkinson, who represents the Haverstoe ward in Cleethorpes, says the bright blue makes them "obtrusive" in the streetscene.
He made his comment at the September meeting of the council's planning committee.
