| A brighter look beckons for Victoria Street |
NEW lighting will soon be brightening up the skyscape above Grimsby's Top Town.
To help brighten up the street in the darker days ahead of the festive season, North East Lincolnshire Council is hanging festoon lighting from Riverhead Square all the way down to St. James Square.
This latest initiative comes in the wake of the installation of planters full of flowers, benches and wall art in summer.
Enthuses NELC leader Cllr Philip Jackson: "This is yet another great addition to our town centre - I am thrilled to see the street re-imagined and full of life."
