ONE week from opening, the Careers Café is making a big impact with more than 50 residents having dropped in to receive free, friendly advice on everything from careers and training to wellbeing and childcare.
Located in Freshney Place Shopping Centre (next to Trespass and opposite Next), the café offers a warm, approachable space where visitors can explore future options.
It is open on the following days:
Monday to Thursday: 9am – 4pm
Friday: 9am – 2pm
Saturday: 10am to 4pm
The October timetable is as follows:
Mondays: Young People’s Support Service
Tuesdays: Creating Positive Opportunity
Wednesday: Franklin College
Thursday: National Employer Training UK
Friday: The Army
Saturday: Wrap around Family Support
