PLAN WITHDRAWN FOR REPLACEMENT OF GARAGE WITH CONTEMPORARY-STYLE HOUSE


Doubts have emerged over a  proposal to demolish the long-established  commercial garage at 4 Segmere Street in Cleethorpes in favour of constructing this super-modern house. Because the living accommodation would be above ground floor, it was hoped that planning concerns had been addressed, but it is understood that the planning application submitted to North East Lincolnshire Council has now been withdrawn. It is not know if a revised scheme will be submitted at a later date.
