SAY farewell to the name, Engie - familiar to many as the regeneration partner of North East Lincolnshire Council.
It will gradually be phased out in favour of a new name, Equans.
French-owned Engie will remain the holding company but it has decided to bring together all its UK and Ireland activities into a subsidiary under this new brand.
Says a statement: "Equans is an autonomous business within Engie Group - with its own dedicated management team and operating structure to help further accelerate growth and service performance."
