Offers being sought for day chalets overlooking expanse of Cleethorpes' wildlife-rich saltmarsh

OFFERS are being invited for four chalets and six chalet plots on Cleethorpes foreshore.

The properties are being marketed by North East Lincolnshire Council's property agents, PPH Commercial.

Says the brochure: "The plots are suitable for various recreational uses and are situated within close proximity to Cleethorpes seafront. 

"The location makes them a suitable base to spend the day enjoying the many tourist attractions available in the vicinity. 

"The available plots vary between existing chalets and concrete bases in which are suitable for erecting chalets upon, subject to consent. 

"The existing chalets are of brickwork construction with a pitched tile roof above and benefit from a water supply."

It continues:  "The premises are available by way of new leases, terms by negotiation. 

"The tenant(s)  will be responsible for all repairs and decorations."

The plots are marketed on an ‘offers invited’ basis, and these should be submitted directly to PPH Commercial.
