Dumped! Ignominious Cleethorpes fate of albums recorded by Demis Roussos, Perry Como and others

 

How disrespectful! Time was when albums recorded by artistes such as Demis Roussos and Perry Como sold in their hundreds of thousands. But times and musical taste change, and nowadays they are less precious. A discarded collection of their records was today part of litter on grass outside one of the gates at the former Pleasure Island theme park in Cleethorpes.
