52 DOG-OWNERS PAY THE PRICE FOR TAKING PETS ON TO CLEETHORPES CENTRAL BEACH


Enforcement officers step out on Cleethorpes beach patrol

A TOTAL of 52 fines have been imposed on dog-walkers for taking their pets on to the main beach in Cleethorpes since April 1.

This statistic for the period up until July 31 was released today by North East Lincolnshire Council.

In addition, there have been 333 fines for littering, 77 for littering from a vehicle, 52 for cycling in pedestrian zone in Grimsby town centre.

That makes 514 in all, but the authority has not revealed how many of the fines have been paid.
