AN impressive festival of kites was a late-season highlight on Cleethorpes Beach over the weekend. Stiff breezes helped proceedings along a treat. The wind blew from the north on Saturday, and the cool temperatures kept potential visitors away, but the crowds were out in force to admire the spectacle on a beautifully warm and sunny Sunday afternoon
