A TRUCKSTOP café for lorry drivers is set to be built on Grimsby's South Humberside Industrial Estate.
North East Lincolnshire Council has this week granted planning consent for the development at plots 15-16 on Estate Road No. 1.
It has been made possible following the demolition of a redundant industrial unit.
The building will also provide drivers with other welfare other facilities - for instance, a social room with a pool table.
The successful applicant is Edison Montina of Hull.
