| All change at property at junction of Kingsway and Bradford Avenue |
WORK is this week proceeding on conversion of the property at 57 Kingsway.
Until earlier this year, it had been divided into a financial consultancy on the ground floor with a flat above.
However, it is currently being converted to a single dwelling house.
The proposed works include installation of new bay windows to front and a single-storey extension to the rear with alterations to provide utility.
Also in the plans are erection of dormers to front and rear to provide second-floor accommodation, plus erection of a boundary wall to the front and side.
