Retrospective planning permission has been granted for the former guesthouse at 23 Isaac's Hill in Cleethorpes to revert to what was probably its previous use as a single residential dwelling. There have been no external alterations to the end-of-terrace seven-bedroomed property which is now on the market at £245,000 with agents Jackson, Green and Preston. Guesthouses are becoming something of a dying breed in Cleethorpes with far fewer than there were at the turn of the century. The adjoining property consists of apartments.
