TRAFFIC hold-ups in a busy part of Cleethorpes could continue until the end of March next year to allow upgrades to the under-road gas mains.
The long delays at the junctions near the entrance to the country park are causing huge frustration for motorists and hitting trade at nearby businesses.
The ill-feeling intensified this afternoon because no workers were on site.
Why the no-show?
It was beautiful sunny day - ideal conditions, surely, to press on with the project?
