Plans have been submitted for redevelopment of the former Lindsey Lower School playing fields. Subject to planning permission from North East Lincolnshire Council, Gleeson Homes intend to build 70 homes and garages on the site off Bentley Street and Beacon Avenue. The firm says part of the field will be landscaped with the intention of encouraging wildlife.
This road can be dangerous during anytime of day with speeding drivers. Although the properties have drives and are allowed to park, no way should they be allowed to come out of drives on this side of the road, it simply isn’t wide enough. And what about schools, doctors etc. any provision for this. Also are they going to finish the way in the back of Bursar that was started before they plan anything else. What a load of rubbish and as for the people living opposite, this will be awful. There are so many unfinished housing estates. Just get on done can you.
