Two youths were apprehended in an incident at the junction of Manchester Street and Grimsby Road, Cleethorpes, at 5.30pm today. It followed reports of glass being smashed in the door of premises that formerly housed a takeaway pizza parlour. The pair were both handcuffed, at least temporarily, but it is not known if either has been charged with any offence.
