Agents say the site would readily adapt to a variety of uses |
THE site of the former Jungle Zoo, which closed last year, is available for let.
It prompts the possibility that, subject satisfying licence stipulations, another animal collection operator might re-open the zoo which is located on Kings Road, Cleethorpes.
The rectangular-shaped site measures 485 sq m.
The main building is of steel frame construction with polycarbonate sheet panels to the walls and pitched roof above.
There are also numerous glass and timber wall panels, plus aviaries and enclosures for small animals.
According to the agents, the property "would readily adapt to a variety of alternative uses, subject to planning consent".
The site is said to be "for let by negotiation".
