A leafy site in Humberston has been earmarked for a new residential development. Leeds-based NYC Estates wants to build 93 houses on land off Church Lane, but residents are worried about the inevitable increase in traffic. The site is of archaeological interest so expert investigations may be required to assess any potential heritage impact. It is thought a planning application will be submitted in the New Year.
