Looking for love on Cleethorpes beach - the lonely goosey-goosey-gander that goes a-wandering at dusk

What ails thee, lone Canada goose? Come dusk, its thoughts turn to things amorous and it leaves Cleethorpes boating lake and waddles on to the beach in a quest for romance. Our photographer caught up with the bird at 9pm one day last week while the Hull-Rotterdam ferry was sailing past in the distance.
