TWO seaside towns have unveiled ambitious plans for modern waterfront amenity buildings.
This week, East Lindsey District Council has revealed a scheme for an observatory-style development overlooking the sea in Sutton-on-Sea.
The initiative comes hard on the heels of a project by North East Lincolnshire Council to create a new observatory-type building in Cleethorpes - one that will provide views over the Humber Estuary.
