PLANS to establish a Cleethorpes market on the second Sunday of every month look likely to be shelved.
The council had thought vibrancy might have been created by
setting up on the car park at The Knoll (pictured).
However, a working group has concluded that it would not be commercially
viable and should not, therefore, be recommended for cabinet consideration.
